As RES in Turkey, RES Anatolia, we have been developing wind and solar projects since 2009.
We are currently looking for a Civil CAD Drafter/Junior Engineer to strengthen the team. You will work in a team and be given the opportunity to grow and take more responsibilities during your career.
Assignments:Proficient user of Autodesk suite of tools (AutoCAD) to produce engineering drawings.Proficient user of Auto track software to perform swept path analysis for delivery vehicle tracking.Some experience of using Autodesk Civil 3D to perform modelling and design of project infrastructure alignment including designing the horizontal & vertical alignment of site access, crane hard standing areas, electrical cable routes for wind and solar projects would be an advantage.Work alongside design engineers in a collaborative environment to understand project requirements and integrate planning, environmental and engineering criteria into cost-effective project design.Ability to manage own workload and meet demanding timescales on several projects simultaneously, ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.To prepare assessments for main access roads, internal roads, turbine locations for wind projects from engineering point of view.To assist for estimating quantities (m, m2 or m3) of civil engineering works.Attend site visits or international meetings without travel restrictions.Fulfilling the duties and services provided along with any further duties to be entrusted to by the decision of the Representative of the Employer, the General Management of the Company or by any of first line superiors and to perform all duties expected of the position with the due diligence and skill required of a person in such a position and to participate in trainings allocated.HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment)Respect and implementation of quality and safety procedures within the company and with contractors.Ensure the respect of procedures within the team and with contractors.Participate in or initiate corrective actions.Requested skills:University degree in Geodesy and Photogrammetry or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in a similar role. M.Sc. Engineering would be an advantage.Minimum 2~3 years' experience [must be renewable energy sector experience].Highly proficient in use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D & NETCAD, Infraworks, ARCGIS, QGIS, Net CAD, Vehicle Tracking or Auto TURN.Good technical knowledge of geographic information system.Very good command of English both in written and spoken. Non-English applications will not be considered.Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications.Reporting skills (toward the engineering/technical department and the project team).Have strong interpersonal & communication skills.Experience in preparing contracts for subcontractors.Development and implementation of new processes and technology.Additional Requirements:For male candidates, military service status should be completed.Active driving skills and driving license (B).Flexible for working hours.SRC driving license.At RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
