- **About the job**:_
Be the OPPO eyes on field, ensuring best in class in store execution, highlighting opportunities and managing the external field staff in charge of.
Be responsible of CORE stores Sell Out performances versus company target assigned, highlighting stores/external field staff area of improvements for **Lazio**, **Abruzzo**, **Molise** and **Northern Campania**.
- **Key responsibilities**:_
- SELL OUT:_
Ensure stores sell out target achievement in terms of TTL turnover and High end (>200 €), influencing top stores performance through SellOut oriented f activities:
- Local budget management during launches for organize S/O oriented activities.
- Sales Consultant(promoter)Mangement based on sellout strategy and POS potential.
- Daily/Weekly sellout performance check versus target assigned at store and area level.
- Reporting S/O issues, providing recovery plan to enhance performances.
- Stock allocation and transfer management between stores located in same region to speed up sellout, avoiding slow turnover or/and out of stock.
- Ensure proper stock on stores where OPPO special project are on (promoter / OPPO Master)
- Highlight stock issues to Sales Dept, providing reports and proposals for enhance OPPO Smartphones turnover.
- Support Sales team in local customer visits and maintain the relation with stakeholders at store/HQ customer level.
- VISIBILITY:_
- Support Retail marketing dept. selecting the best-in-class space for branded display.
- LDU placement on branded display during product launches
- Graphic refresh during main product launches
- Support Channel marketing dept. monitoring COAD/RENTAL FEE agreements between OPPO and retailer HQ
- Promotion activation during product launches
- Find new visibility opportunities to increase OPPO display share and visibility.
- TRAINING:_
- Deliver and support training activities, according to training dept guidelines:
- Evaluate external field force (promoters) knowledge through weekly coaching visits.
- Daily 1to1 customer salesclerks instore training.
- Ensure OPPO Campus adoption and usage (super users)
- Execute OPPO Master plan (device delivery and usage check / OPPO campus weekly usage and OPPO Booster push and KPI's reach)
- Dinner / evening training events planning and execution.
- Support national training in top customers quarterly local event organization.
- Check Salesclerks knowledge about OPPO products.
- REQUIREMENT:_
- Previous experience on field as coordinator/merchandiser for Consumer Electronics company (3-5 years)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
- Team working and problem solving attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and BI tools (PowerBI or similar)
