What you'll need to have
- Experience of working in a managerial leadership position with experience from Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Deep understanding of all aspects of the IKEA Home to Home multi channel shopping processes and experience
- Strategic, tactical and operational business partner with strong skills able to translate business needs into customer fulfilment solutions adapted for local market.
- Proven record of consistently meeting budgets and goals as agreed and working on business plans over a number of years
- Proven record of developing people and organisations, engaging, inspiring people and create passion for our business and customers.
- Proven record of successful leadership in a people and customer-centric organisation.
- Experience of leading in a changing and complex environment.
- Country and Store Sales and Services competence/knowledge (Delivery, Picking&Delivery, Assembly & Installation)
- Strong, broad commercial business knowledge and cross-functional understanding of how IKEA operates.
- Strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong skills, able to translate business needs into customer fulfilment solutions.
- Strong network and relationship builder within of the own organization and strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation.

What you'll be doing day to day
- Lead the city organization in order to secure excellent fulfilment of products through all sales channels with great lead times, availability and quality at an affordable price.
- Lead the city organization in order to secure fulfilment of affordable core services (picking, delivery, assembly and installation) allowing more of the many consumers to consider IKEA.
- Ensure an excellent execution of the Multichannel distribution network reaching more customers.
- Identify and develop talents within Customer Fulfilment and secure a succession plan, thereby contributing to the successful future of IKEA growth.
- Be an active member of the management of the city and share the responsibility for securing growth and sustained profitability in the city.
- Secure the highest possible goods/services availability in partnership with unit teams, taking into account the commercial plan and secure an efficient and precise range management process for city units.
- Set clear goals and expectations and make time to follow these up in the city together with the Unit organizations.
- Ensure that the units works logístically, ethically and in compliance with internal and external laws/rules, including legislation relating to risk, sustainability and health and safety regulation.
- Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback and secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to recognise and understand their contribution in accordance with the IKEA Human Resource Idea.
