Reporting to Service & Support local Director, the role has the responsibility to provide service management with timely, relevant and accurate information to manage the business and improve the bottom line financial, customer satisfaction and service.
Guarantees the proper relationship at EMEA level with the relavant stakeholders.

- Develops and maintains a consistent system of definitions and calculation methods to establish the raw data used to establish the management reporting and calculate operational and financial KPIs and benchmarks.
- Collects and compares internal benchmark data regarding the Service operation from other disciplines like finance, marketing/sales and customer fulfillment.
- Prepares the Service & Support budget and - together with the local Country Director - has a permanent control about it.
- Make recommendations and action plans to improve the quality and consistency of the service and customer satisfaction data.
- Compares and explains the position of the affiliate companies within the industry and compare our position to the best in class.
Proposes routes to improvement.
**What we ask**:
- Degree in Economics.
- Native in Italian / Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
