**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an Internal sales/Sales Specialist in the **CISCO Business Unit**.
The person will be responsible for CISCO portfolio, p roviding, selling and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions and closing orders.
The person we are looking for is able to sell the benefits of using **TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition** and able to develop partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc.
)
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Build Excellent **customer and vendor sales relationships** through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under a clear managerial direction.
- Generate new business opportunities by planning **outbound calls to customers**, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
- Achieve **monthly/quarterly Revenue** and Margin targets and attainment of Key Performance Indicators **(KPI's)** such as customer engagement.
- Engages in active **inside selling** by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
- Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing".
- Management of **end-to-end projects** or hands over to presales for technical requirements
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers.
- Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required.
- ** Drives sales **of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required.
- Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's **CRM system** and ensure active closure of opportunities.
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- **3+ **years of experience with **CISCO** portfolio
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent **telephone manner **Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and **planning skills**:
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Understands **Sales Process**:
- Good **relationship building**:
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
