As part of our Developer Enablement domain, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the CI/CD infrastructure that drives our continuous integration, developer workflows and deployment pipelines, providing a foundation for rapid and reliable software delivery. Join us as a CI/CD Systems Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing our CI/CD tools, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency across our platforms. Your work will empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with confidence, enabling our Engineers to build products that will eliminate the financial bureaucracy for our customers. What You'll Do: Oversee the health, stability, and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure to support Mollie's product delivery. Monitor and respond to outages in those systems to maintain high availability, reliability, and operational standards. Develop, scale, and implement strategies, guidelines, and governance of CI/CD systems while future-proofing their architecture for security, compliance, and resilience concerns. Optimize and balance CI/CD compute and storage usage towards efficient resource usage while keeping developer experience in mind. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to CI/CD tooling with internal customers, working collaboratively with other engineering teams to maintain seamless workflows. What you have: Solid grasp of CI Systems and hands-on experience with Gitlab , Jenkins , Buildkite or similar, with a strong focus on operations. Experience with cloud-native Deployment and GitOps solutions such as Gitlab , ArgoCD , Flux , GoCD , Spinnaker , Harness or similar, with a strong focus on operations. Prior experience with at least one major cloud-based provider as well as Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform . Comfortable running, monitoring, and developing systems on Kubernetes and using tools like Helm . Familiarity with cloud-native container tools and building optimized images. Good problem-solving and investigative skills, with a creative approach to tackling challenges using observability and debugging tools. Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and maintain clear documentation while having a customer empathy mindset towards product and application engineers. Bonus: Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Previous experience building and operating continuous integration with Gitlab. Previous experience building and operating deployment platforms based on ArgoCD.
