A few examples of your responsibilities and role: Develop applications using our cocoa-free chocolate from concept to final product passing through the production, including sample preparation and trial runs.
Collaborate with R&D, Tech, and Commercial teams on application projects, pitch decks, and innovation workshops.
Handle customer requests, create prototypes for them with our cocoa-free chocolate and keep an eye on the progress through regular calls.
Deliver cocoa-free chocolate samples for innovation sessions and clients.
Travel to client sites for industrial trials and improvements.
Together with R&D deal with troubleshooting and increase product performance Support, mentor and supervise colleagues working in the production plan during the start-up phase When necessary monitor, learn and collaborate with the production and handle troubleshooting directly on the manufacturing plant.
You will be a great fit if you have As our Technical application lead , you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role is supporting the sales and production of our unique ingredients from the technical side.
You will create tailor-made products using our cocoa-free chocolate for multiple clients following every development project and launch closely You know the ins and outs of cocoa, with strong hands-on experience in making chocolate at artisanal or industrial level.
+3 years of experience as an Application Specialist in the confectionary industry or as Pastry Chef / Chocolatier in industrial settings.
You have a background in Food Technology or related field Natural multitasker, juggling multiple projects effortlessly with high-quality standards with a communicative, proactive approach.
Fluent English and Italian.
You can speak and write fluently both.
Know any other languages?
The more the merrier!
You are in possession of a valid driving license Nice to have: Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the food industry.
Experience with chocolate or similar ingredients.
