Chinese Human Resource Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with business executives, leaders, and their teams for the development of business strategies that boost productivity and growth.Develop work strategies to improve the employee work environment, fostering a space where they can thrive, enjoy, and grow.Research and develop policies for people and human resources management, providing technical solutions to achieve employee initiatives and campaign goals.Collaborate with HR teams globally to focus on HR responsibilities like talent acquisition, employee performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee career development.Act as a counselor, mentor, and consultant for business leaders, translating business requirements into HR initiatives and programs.Analyze performance metrics, such as employee retention and experience statistics, to generate ideas for improvements and enhancements.Work with HR and other department managers to resolve workspace and employee relations issues.Manage employee rewards and compensation policies, including salary increments and bonuses.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €50,000.00 - €65,000.00 per year
