Company Description Health Force is a startup that is developing an AI Assistant designed for healthcare to automate hospital daily administrative tasks and save hospital staff thousands of hours of manual work and allow them to focus on patients.
The AI Assistant is currently being deployed in multiple hospital groups in Italy and Austria and expanding to the rest of Europe and we are now looking for a CTO who will play a major role in its development and deployment.
Job Description As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Health Force, you will be at the forefront of driving technological innovation within the healthcare industry. You will lead our AI Assistant's deployment strategy, leveraging your expertise to bring efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in shaping the technical direction of our healthcare enterprise AI Assistant platform, ensuring alignment with Health Force's mission and objectives.Deployment and Security: Lead the deployment of our AI Assistant in hospitals across Europe and drive expansion efforts throughout Europe. Implement robust security measures to safeguard patient data and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals to achieve optimal performance, innovation, and security implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Development teams to align technical strategies with overall company goals while considering security implications.Innovation and Data Privacy: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the AI Assistant while upholding patient data privacy and security.Technology Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and healthcare organizations to enhance our product offering.Quality Assurance: Oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions, ensuring that the AI Assistant meets the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications Proven track record of successful leadership experience in a technology-focused role.Experience in deploying and managing complex infrastructure on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, demonstrating expertise in optimizing performance and scalability.Thorough understanding and application of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring effective project management and delivery in alignment with industry best practices.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills, enabling efficient troubleshooting and innovative solutions in high-pressure technical environments.Familiar with Robotic Process Automation platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans while considering security requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly in addressing security concerns and strategies.Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.We would be happy to get to know you and your skills better and see how we can support each other's growth.
