Responsibilities Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with market trends and company goalsLead innovation for fragrance and flavor formulations to meet and anticipate customer needsOversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring compliance and successSupport the team in the execution of industry-leading, fast-paced timelinesLead and mentor a diverse team of scientists and technicians (5 direct, 50 indirect)Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Regulatory teamsDrive research on new ingredients, technologies, and trendsFoster a culture of innovation within the R&D team, encouraging creative solutionsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyEnsure adherence to best practices in laboratory operations and safety protocolsAlign R&D efforts with brand strategies and consumer expectations through market insightsQualifications Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required15 years of R&D leadership experience in consumer goods, including fragrance, is requiredStrong understanding of fragrance formulations and sensory evaluations is requiredGrowth and innovation mindset is requiredAbility to work 100% on-site is required
