For an important automotive industrial group, based near Modena, we are searching for a Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O) reporting to Group CEO.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor or Master Degree in manufacturing or operations-based subjectExcellent knowledge of Automotive Products, Engineering & ManufacturingConsiderable operations experience and an exceptional understanding of manufacturingExperience in a similar Company; high volume, digital & automated environment is highly desirableSuccessful international experience as Operations Director coordinating several Sites (from 200 to 500 employees) with a global presenceStrong leadership and proven successful track record in change management and team developmentStrong understanding and ability to deal with P&LCreative problem solver & Decision makerProven experience in leading a successful teamSuitable with Teamwork, Management and Communication, with excellent influencing skillsFocused on Quality and Product innovation improvementFluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)DUTIESDirecting the performance of the full operations function including, but not limited to, manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain (logistics, warehouse, dispatch, returns) and quality assuranceDelivering quality manufacturing, service and innovation to both Company and customers ensuring the operations function as a trusted third party partnerCreating operational strategies in line with the wider group strategy and looking to deliver an increase in profitability through the implementation of multiple, critical change programmesImplementing the strategic operational directionThe Ideal Candidate:Contributes to identify growth opportunities within the product rangeIs able to do specific analysis and to realize concrete plansIs a creative problem solver & decision makerIs suitable with Teamwork, Management and Communication, excellent influencing skills, results drivenSede: MODENA
