Your tasks Project and capacity planning: developing and implementing plans to ensure efficient and effective use of resources Management of complex IT projects: Leading and executing complex internal IT projects and transformations, such as data center move programs. Process optimization: Support and optimization of internal IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Budget management: preparation and planning of the IT budget. Training courses: Development and delivery of training for managers on IT topics. Representation of the IT department: Representation of the IT department in committees and boards. Problem solving: familiarization with complex problems and identification of solutions. What you bring with you Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. Leadership experience: Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry. Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, IT operations and IT security best practices. Work mentality: Proactive, independent and hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial mindset in finance. Regulatory knowledge: Experience with regulations such as ISO, MiFID and UCITS.
