Define best consumer-based Marketing strategies (brand, portfolio, communication) to satisfy the company commercial needs regarding Strategic brands (Sanicat, Kitty Friend).
Focus on market and consumer trend understanding, to translate it into brand repositioning and/or development of meaningful concepts/products.
Influence and co-lead strategic brand communication.
Lead the brand team to achieve the brand objective and revenues: strategy consistent implementation at each consumer touchpoint, sales and GM targets.
FUNCTIONS Lead the strategic litter brand Marketing team to sort out best market and consumer insights, to define & deploy the most successful identified and validated brand strategy.
Brand management: positioning, creation of consistent brand contents in every touchpoint.
Develop a meaningful consumer-based portfolio (strategic & tactic brands) nourishing it with constant level of Innovation and Renovation.
Define and execute best supportive toolkits to push sell in and sell out in local countries (POS and e-commerce, media).
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships with external companies to boost brand success.
Achieve sales and profit annual targets.
Develop the new portfolio: product development, packaging, price positioning, and development of all materials needed for the launching.
Monitor and improve the current portfolio performance (renovation or delisting).
Content creation and execution of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
The management of channel marketing data.
Coordinating marketing campaigns in line with sales activities in the different selling channels.
Planning and implementing promotional and brand campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Supporting Local Operative Marketing activities: countries NL, Italy, TK.
Manage the marketing brand team to achieve own role goals and to follow policies and procedures with constant coordination with stakeholders.
Selection and retention, communication, development, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contribution; planning and reviewing compensation actions.
General Education / Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar is mandatory.
Any additional Marketing and Communication or Financial MBA is welcome.
Professional experience: Qualified chartered marketer, previous experience in similar sector.
Languages: English mandatory.
Any other additional language is ideal.
