To strengthen the world-wide success gained, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our HQ team in Milano reporting directly to our Global General Manager.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
Continue building Poke House brand awareness in all the Countries in which we operate
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on driving up the sales growth both instore and online, through brand awareness campaigns, trade marketing, promotions in all of our markets
Drive initiatives to increase brand recognition and visibility both locally and internationally
Build an execute a mid/long term marketing plan, allocating budget and resources on key activities to drive mid/long term growth
Analyze data to draw insights and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize product, communication and marketing strategies
Ensure efficient use of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI by focusing resources on high-impact campaigns and channels
Fine tune our Brand Identity and define our mid-long term positioning strategy and therefor communication strategy
Work on our product market fit for all of our Countries, conducting swot analysis, customer surveys and market researches
Develop the communication instore, through the optimization of marketing materials and working on actual and new digital screens to promote the brand and the product offer
Launch events and collaborations with external brand to promote our products and brand
Work on our product to innovate our offer and increase revenues, being up to date with world wide food trend
Stay ahead of market trends and customer preferences, ensuring the company's marketing strategy is always relevant and forward-looking
Lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and results-orientation
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an international (Food) Retail environment, preferably in the food retail or hospitality sector
Previous experience in senior marketing roles, ideally as a VP or Director of Marketing, overseeing brand development and multi-channel marketing strategies in the food retail or hospitality sector
Experience in developing and executing brand positioning, identity, and long-term growth strategies
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions based on customer insights and campaign performance.
Proven ability to grow market share, revenue, and brand presence in competitive markets, particularly in the food or retail industry
Expertise in developing and optimizing customer acquisition strategies while focusing on improving customer retention and loyalty
Ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels
Experience conducting or leveraging market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends
Experience managing brand communications, including PR campaigns, crisis management, and maintaining positive brand perception in the media
Proven experience in hiring, leading, and managing an high performing team
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient understanding of key marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM systems, marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics, data analytics tools like Power BI and social media management platforms).
