With approximately 300 employees and an annual turnover of around 100 million euros, the company operates mainly in European markets, distinguishing itself for the quality of its products and attention to new technologies.Role Overview: The CFO will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the financial function, reporting directly to the Board of Directors composed of ownership members.
An important focus will be on improving management control, with particular attention to the implementation and optimization of the SAP management system.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all accounting and management control activities, assisting the ownership in financial matters.Participate in the implementation and optimization of the SAP system.Manage the budgeting process, monitoring company performance.Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.Support the Board of Directors in defining economic and financial strategies.Analyze costs, identifying optimization opportunities to improve profitability.Coordinate and develop the currently 6-member administrative-financial team.Qualifications:Significant experience as a CFO or in financial responsibility roles in structured manufacturing companies with revenues exceeding 50 million euros.Degree in economics or related fields.In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.Excellent analytical and strategic skills.Fluency in English.Company Offers:Permanent contract with executive classification.Salary between 100,000€ and 120,000€ gross per year, including company car.Family-like work environment.Opportunities to actively contribute to the company's growth and innovation.All job postings are open to both genders (L.903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
