Qapla' is growing and expanding abroad and we are looking for a highly qualified CFO with proven experience in financial control and administration. You will work closely with the business teams to ensure efficient financial management and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and implement medium to long-term financial strategiesSupervise financial planning, variance analysis and cash flow forecastingEvaluate and manage financial risk, providing strategic recommendations to the CEOManage relations with financing partners with regard to financial and reporting aspectsCoordinate activities in support of capital increase operationsManage relations with credit and financial institutionsSupervise general accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements and reportsGuarantee compliance with accounting and tax regulationsManage the administration and finance team and related functionsInteract with control bodiesOptimise businesslar reports operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory complianceMake in-depth financial analyses to support business decisions and provide regular reportsWhat we are looking for Degree in Economics or related disciplines. An MBA will be a plus.Proven experience as CFO or senior controller in structured companies.
