Chief Executive Officer

Mission: For an important client operating in the construction sector, we are currently looking for a CEO who will join a dynamic team located in the Triveneto area.
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Main Activities: Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together.Identify and analyze problematic situations, providing solutions for growth and development of the company, and prevent backlog situations.In alignment with the Ownership and the Board, share the long-term company strategy, including identifying growth opportunities, new markets, strategic partnerships, and business lines to develop by defining goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide the company towards success.Monitor and manage the company's financial resources, including budgeting, cash flow, cost control, budgets, and financial reporting.Provide strategic and operational oversight of the business, ensuring adherence to required timing, budgets, and quality standards.Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction.Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace.Skills: Bachelor's degree.10+ years' experience in a modern structured company that produces concrete or steel structures, facades, and wood.Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Proactivity and energy, excellent strategic planning and resource management abilities.Results-oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to lead change.Flexibility related to frequent business travels.Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of German or French is preferable.Place of Work: Triveneto, the presence in HQ is necessary.
