Job Description The Chief Executive Officer will have the following responsibilities: Define and drive the company's vision and strategy to maximize growth and profit in the agricultural and construction sectors Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities Oversee all company operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance Manage supply chains, production, logistics, and distribution Identify growth opportunities and develop commercialization strategies to expand the company's international presence Create and implement effective sales plans to penetrate new markets and meet the needs of existing customers. Conduct strategic analysis and valuations of merger or acquisition opportunities to expand the company's portfolio Have advanced skills in value assessment, negotiation, and acquisition integration Build and lead a talented team, providing direction, support, and inspiration to achieve company goals. Manage human resources, training, and staff development Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, financial institutions, and regulators Effectively represent the company in various platforms and contexts Ensure the company's financial stability by effectively monitoring and managing the balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability Manage financial risks and long-term financial planning.
