For one of our clients, an industrial family owned SME operating in the metalworking sector, established in Puglia (20 km from Bari), arKap is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer as part of the Board of Directors.
As the Chief Executive Officer of this highly profitable and cash-positive firm with ambitious growth plans, your main responsibility will be to achieve the company's strategic and operational goals.
The company generates revenue in excess of €15 million and has an employee count of approximately 100.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES : Maintain control over daily operations by closely monitoring project and workflow progress of resources.
Ensure alignment of operational procedures with company policies and compliance with HSE issues.
Collaborate with other company functions in setting up and developing new processes, procedures and products.
Identify and manage company risks, including financial, legal, operational, and reputational risks.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards within company operations.
Promote innovation within the company and guide adaptation to changes in the market and business environment.
Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, shareholders, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
Define personnel policies and ensure the company's culture is promoted and maintained.
Develop, with the BoD, the company's overall strategy, including long-term goals, financial planning, and identifying new growth opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE : Experience of approximately 20 years in a manufacturing environment with at least 3-5 years of experience as General Manager/Chief Executive Officer.
Sound understanding of industrial manufacturing (including cutting, welding and coating).
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain management, production, and logistics principles as well as a good understanding of cost accounting and budgeting.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Fluency in English (proficiency in other language is a plus).
WHAT WE OFFER: A company with very strong fundamentals and the goal to pursue both internal and external growth path.
A Gross yearly compensation of € 120.000.
Yearly performance bonus up to 20% of the fixed compensation.
Long term (3 years) bonus up to 80% of the fixed compensation.
