A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doOperational coordination Manager of a complex Administration Department, related to different ITA subsidiaries, characterized by different Group roles (Financial Holding managing investments and treasury matters, Operating Company – including producing activities so factory related matters, after sales activities) in many case of big dimensions (up to 1bln Euro revenues), with experienced competences on all financial statements matters including basic tax (direct and indirect).Coordination and training of junior and senior resources and high daily interaction with all Company Depts and with external consultants (Auditors, Organismo di Vigilanza for 231 matters).Main ActivitiesPreparation of statutory financial statements and management of all steps in order to complete formal approval of statutory financial statement including auditors relationshipAssessing accuracy of accounting data with regards all financial statements areas; Accounting of M&AERP MigrationsMonthly, Quarterly and annual Group Reporting activities and Statutory Financial Statements too (ITA GAAP + IFRS)Internal control tasks (SOX and 231)Prepare journal entries up to full drafting, coordinating 5-10 resources directly reporting to him/her and interacting with his/her direct managers, of a complete financial statement; Management of COA(chart of account) and relevant SET UP in ERP (SAP for Hana), both statutory and managerialGood knowledge of payroll matters in order to grant a full interaction with HR dept on payroll matters; Interaction with external actors, from consultants to tax authorities, if / when requested; Good knowledge ofnation tax requirements to prepare periodic returns (F24) and cooperate with tax resources in other returns.What you need to succeedMust HaveDegree in EconomicsAt least 5-8 years in accounting and/or audit consultancy + 5 years in similar roles in multinational Groups managing industrial businessKnowledge of IT tools (Hyperion, Datawarehousing, ERP); SAP is a plus;Expert in Excel; English;Self-starting and pro-active approach; Very Good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelResults orientedHigh Predisposition to analysis and problem solvingExcellent Team builder and playerAvailability to travel (not frequently requested but possible, including Far East – China)Nice to haveGood knowledge of SAP ERP (possibly S4Hana) and possibly Hyperion "Verticals" tooHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
