**CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - INTERN**
ABOUT THE JOB
- RML chemical in-depth analysis with particular focus on PFAS global Regulations.
RML is the Restricted Material List of Electrolux Professional Group, it includes all mandatory EU Regulations (and some extra EU). All components installed in our appliances have to be compliant with RML in order to guarantee our product conformity. PFAS are widely used, long lasting chemicals, components of which break down very slowly over time and related Regulations are included in our RML.
- PFAS risk analysis based on Electrolux Professional products components.
We need to evaluate where is most probable to have PFAS in our products components, related also on the markets where we are going to sell them, in order to assure our product compliance.
- Supplier Portal data analysis in order to detect critical suppliers and communication to Purchasing department.
Supplier Portal is the Electrolux Professional Group official tool to collect components Declaration of Conformity and test report from our Suppliers. We need to inquiry the system, through dedicated research and query, in order to detect any deviation /not conformity from our Suppliers.
- Supplier assistance on Supplier Portal activities.
Explanations and dedicated trainings will be done to our Suppliers that need help on validation of their components in the system or if the documentation is not aligned with Regulations.
- Collection of data to upload on CTI tool in order to evaluate the Circularity of Electrolux Professional products.

ABOUT YOU
- Degree in engineering (chemical or materials engineering) /Technical School (Chemical Address )
- Management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge in MS Office package
- Proven ability to lead collaboration across functional lines to successfully complete projects and meet corporate objectives
- Team worker with positive attitude
- Pro-active and problem solver
- Negotiation skills to involve suppliers in Chemical ProgramCuriosity and ability for online research of global RegulationsREQUIRED COMPETENCES
