Con il supporto del responsabile gerarchico gestisce le problematiche del team e si attiva per il miglioramento continuo dei processi in linea con i target di area e del site.
In questo ruolo tu… Assicurerai che le analisi vengano svolte in modo accurato e puntuale, in allineamento alle specifiche e metodi di analisi richiesti, che la strumentazione di laboratorio venga utilizzata in accordo alle relative procedure di utilizzo e che vengano applicate le GMP/GLP nell'ambito dei processi di tua competenza.Gestirai le persone del team, guidandole al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi, assicurando l'aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità e sviluppando le capacità dei singoli e del gruppo con la finalità di raggiungere i target e sviluppare il miglioramento continuo.Coinvolgerai e motiverai il team condividendo con loro gli obiettivi aziendali e di area, aiutandoli a comprendere il valore aggiunto del lavoro di cui sono responsabili, tenendo sempre in considerazione il paziente finale.Definirai i bisogni formativi e implementerai i piani di sviluppo. Farai coaching e creerai opportunità per migliorare le competenze e le prestazioni del team.
