Chef De Rang - Live In

Amazing Hotel in the heart of Norcia and part of HIP Hotels and of Relais & Chateaux is recruiting for the season for its restaurant.
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager the successful Chef de rang will be responsible for:
To be fully conversant with every dish served in the restaurant
To be aware of all service offered within the hotel
To organise and assist with the mise en place
To take complete responsibility for the running of your station
To work in collaboration with the head waiter and the kitchen

The ideal Chef de rang will have experience in a 4* hotel and be well versed in providing a busy but prestigious service.
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in Italy. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
A good knowledge of wines and a food English level are a strong plus.
Immediate need and a seasonal contract till end of the year.
