• Welcome and assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail during their dining experience at the restaurant.
• Manage and coordinate table service, ensuring a high-level experience.
• Collaborate with our kitchen team and sommelier to ensure synergy between food and wine.
• Thorough understanding of the menu and product offerings with the ability to recommend our culinary specialties to guests, providing detailed and personalized information.
• Handle any guest requests or inquiries courteously and promptly, ensuring all guest needs are met to the best of our abilities.
• Prepare mise en place for service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready and available to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall well-being of the team and guests.
The position is available starting from June 2024 and includes the possibility of meals and accommodation provided for the selected candidate. Description du profil :
• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang in hotels or restaurants.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural predisposition for customer service.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for gastronomy, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Flexibility and availability in working hours.
