We are looking for a Chef de Rang Bar for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our bar team.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Bar Manager
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Fulfil the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures
- Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service
- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs
- Support all other team members with the service
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.

**Other requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- HACCP certification

- Monthly gross salary around € 1.800, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
