For the 2025 season, we are looking to hire a Chef de rang: Job Description Reporting to the maître, the selected resource will be in charge of a specific station of the restaurant.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: · Ensuring and organizing the set-up of the dining room and tables, taking care of their functionality and aesthetics; · Welcoming guests, guiding them to the tables, presenting the menu and wine list, suggesting the best pairings, and managing table service; · Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times; · Develop a complete knowledge of menus; · Coordinating and monitoring the commis waiters assigned to him/her; · To work as a team with colleagues in all departments, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.
· Actively participate in all training meetings, to continually develop professional skills and increase guest satisfaction.
Qualifications · Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry.
· At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.
· Familiarity with the mise en place techniques of an à la carte restaurant and banqueting.
· Fluent English and a second foreign language are considered a plus.
· Pleasant personality and positive attitude, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to details and quality.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate the guests' needs, and work both in a team and independently.
