Job Description
For the 2025 season, we are looking to hire a new Chef de Rang:
Reporting to the maître, the selected resource will be in charge of a specific station of the restaurant.

Ensuring and organizing the set-up of the dining room and tables, taking care of their functionality and aesthetics;Welcoming guests, guiding them to the tables, presenting the menu and wine list, suggesting the best pairings, and managing table service;Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times;Develop a complete knowledge of menus;Coordinating and monitoring the commis waiters assigned to him/her;To work as a team with colleagues in all departments, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.Actively participate in all training meetings, to continually develop professional skills and increase guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry.At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.Familiarity with the mise en place techniques of an à la carte restaurant and banqueting.Fluent English and a second foreign language are considered a plus.Pleasant personality and positive attitude, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to details and quality.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate the guests' needs, and work both in a team and independently.
