Chef De Rang

We are looking for two experienced Chef de rang for the San Luis Hotel, located in Avelengo, in the province of Bolzano.
San Luis Hotel belongs to an inviolate dimension, interprets an essential style made of natural elements and a lot of attention to detail. The service, discreet and precious, is always available to listen to the needs of guests, in complete respect of their privacy.

As a Chef de rang, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a warm smile and assisting those with special needs.
You will be responsible for checking the table setting and ensuring that they are always ready for guests. Managing orders and the room will be one of your priorities, ensuring that everything is organized and smooth. Each Chef De Rang will be responsible for managing approximately 10-15 customers overall.

Your experience of at least 2 or 3 years in similar environments will allow you to easily handle difficult customers and any complaints. You will also be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness of the room and setting up the tables carefully, so that guests always feel welcome.

You will also have the opportunity to present the rich wine list, therefore a good knowledge of wine products is essential, from a product and service point of view. Given the composition of the clientele, it is essential to have excellent oral comprehension and production skills in English and German (minimum level B2/C1).
