Guide and mentor Commis de Rang team members, ensuring seamless coordination during service.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, creating personalized and memorable dining experiences.
Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and aesthetic appeal.
Assist in menu presentations, explaining dishes and beverage pairings to guests.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas for enhancing service quality.
