We are looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry for the season to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Reports to Pastry Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestions by the Chef. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized. Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standards. Requirements Competencies required: Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques. At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment. Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally. Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability. Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player. Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues. Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background. HACCP certification. Start date: October 2024 to End date: January 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path. Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR. Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast.
