At our iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team (6 Pastry Talents) for the 2025 season.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for pastry and hospitality and reports directly to our Pastry Chef.
Main tasks and responsibilities:Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc.
;Always follow the directions provided by our Pastry Chef;Collaborate with the rest of the Kitchen and restaurant team to ensure high-quality food and service;Take care of commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team;At least one year of experience in the position within a high-end restaurant or 5* hotels;Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;Good communication (Italian mandatory) and interpersonal skills.Applicants must be entitled to work in Italy at the moment of application; otherwise, we will not be able to consider the application.
