At our iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team (6 Pastry Talents) for the 2025 season.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for pastry and hospitality and reports directly to our Pastry Chef.Main tasks and responsibilities:Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes etc.
;Always follow the directions provided by our Pastry Chef;Collaborate with the rest of the Kitchen and restaurant team in order to ensure high-quality food and service;Take care of commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team.RequirementsAt least one year of experience in the position within a high-end restaurant or 5* hotels;Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;Good communication (Italian mandatory) and interpersonal skills.Applicants must be entitled to work in Italy at the moment of application or we will not be able to take the application into consideration.What we offer:Seasonal contract according to the C.C.N.L.
