Settore Turismo with high level compensationStaff house in the middle of the center of SalóCanteen and breaksHigh level learning activitiesFood & Beverage discountsFamily & Friends discounts in the ResortDiscount on SPA servicesStrategic position (just 1 km of distance from the Resort to Salò beaches, ferries pier, historic center and promenade)Career opportunities in a successful and international group.ResponsibilitiesThe Chef de Partie will be responsible for supervising the preparation of food items fulfilling the guests´ orders, guaranteeing the highest quality and the recipe and "mise en place" standards, demonstrating passion for service, punctuality and teamwork.The Chef de Partie will develop and mentor the junior members (commis de cuisine and apprentices) and assure the guests receive a dreamy experience and the highest levels of service in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards.Responsible for the efficient and daily "mise en place" in order to maximize time versus productivityOverseeing the preparation of all courses in order to satisfy fully the guests´ orders, assuring the highest qualityResponsible for the setting up operations and dating all food containers, guaranteeing that all perishables are kept at correct conditionsSynergical collaboration with the Breakfast Chef, the Sous Chef and the Executive ChefTeam building (developing and mentoring the commis de cuisine and apprentices)Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and requiredPunctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high teamwork.RequirementsMinimum 3 years´ work experience at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same roleItalian and English confidence are mandatory.
German language skills are also required (minimum B1)Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and teamwork skills are a mustLegal right to work in Italy.
