We are looking for a Chef de Partie Baker for the season 2025 to join our Kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
Reports to Executive Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities: Preparation: follow the entire production line of leavened, puffed, and non-leavened products, and oversee the production of bakery products.Maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.Control incoming goods and store them in perfect conditions.Monitor waste control.Perform all duties assigned by the Executive Chef.Support the pastry team.Requirements: Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques.At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role.Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player.Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues.Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background.HACCP certification.Benefits: We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
