The Italian Branch is a firm of lawyers ("società tra avvocati") with professionals and offices operating in Milan and Bologna, specialized in several areas, including corporate law and M&A, energy, civil and tax litigation, intellectual property, transfer pricing, corporate tax and corporate reorganizations.
For our Bologna office we are looking for professional roles (junior / senior) to support the tax department team both in the Corporate tax area for the following activities:
