As the European EVCI Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and strengthening competitive position in the European Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) market.
Your work will be essential in developing innovative and differentiated solutions, collaborating with key customers and internal teams, and supporting brand growth at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop competitive advantages for products and solutions in the European Electric Vehicle Charging market by combining local market and industry characteristics and proposing common product requirements to enhance competitiveness. Lead market analysis and industry intelligence for the European EVCI sector, creating product plans to meet current and future market needs. Understand customer needs and build trusted relationships to guide product development. Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, and ecosystem partners to conduct technical exchanges during the pre-sales stage, gaining insights into key customer opportunities and product and solution evolution. Work with regional teams to set and achieve business goals while providing expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems. Engage in industrial alliances, industry summits, and marketing activities to build long-term brand influence, guide industry consensus, and support global and regional marketing activities. Experience: 5+ years in electric vehicle charging, including system design, hardware/software development, and product planning, with successful product launches in DC charging solutions.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead product development, from system architecture design to market release, with strong influence in the EV charging industry.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of DC charging systems, covering hardware (power conversion, structural design) and software (dynamic power distribution, scheduling, HMI).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key trends such as V2G, MCS, and optical storage, and deep knowledge of European charging standards and country-specific regulations (safety, grid access).
Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, with experience in customer consultations, project support, and technical solution exchanges.
