Your Role: We are expanding our dynamic B2B Sales organization and we are recruiting for our first Channel Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in integrating customer care with sales strategies across multiple Countries. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Customer Service Sales Operations, driving sales generation, and fostering cultural sensitivity across diverse markets. This position is a blend of strategic planning and operational execution, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Develop and implement regional strategies that integrate sales into customer care, tailored to the unique market dynamics and customer behaviours of each region and ensure seamless follow-through on established strategies.Facilitate comprehensive coaching for customer care teams, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.Collaborate closely with local customer care and sales teams to ensure effective strategy implementation and best practice sharing.Foster cross-functional collaboration between customer service, sales, and marketing teams whilst acting as a central point of contact for challenges in sales and customer care integration.Implement and monitor analytics to identify trends and sales opportunities within each region from an omnichannel perspective.Set and monitor clear performance metrics for sales and service quality in each country within your region.Develop and maintain incentive programs to reward teams for achieving sales targets and maintaining service quality.Your Background: Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the use of tools to support sales.Excellent stakeholder management skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.Outcome-focused with a pioneering spirit and strong project & sales management skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams.Flexibility and adaptability in managing ambiguity and cultural differences working in diverse markets.Proven success in implementing and driving inbound sales strategies.Personality Characteristics: Effective communicator with a drive for engagement and results.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales and systems.Socially adept, acting as a connector between different teams and managers.Innovative and agile, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.Skilled in building collaborative relationships and managing stakeholders.This role provides a new and unique opportunity to shape both the strategic and operational aspects of our sales channel.
