Channel Manager Europe – Xrd And Xrf

The company is a market leading manufacturer of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) systems.
Their instruments are used in various industries including academic, pharmaceutical, metals, mining, food, cosmetics, polymers, oils, plastics, thin film metrology, nanomaterials, and more.
They are currently seeking a European Channel Manager to join their team.
The Position: Manage the distributors across Europe.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned sector within the defined territory by supporting the distributors.
Conduct demonstrations, attend seminars, and exhibitions.
Support training of Channel partners' sales and applications teams.
The position is home office-based with 50% travel to customer sites.
Perform at or above established standards/metrics for the Sales team.
To achieve positive results, targets for Opportunities created, conversion rates must be met or exceeded.
The Requirements: Education in an engineering or scientific field is preferred, such as Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or related field.
Experience with XRD and XRF, whether in a lab or in the field.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work independently with a natural ability and interest to solve problems.
Languages: Fluent English required, and any other European Language is a benefit.
