Position context The candidate will be integrated within the Channel & Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) team and will report to the Category Manager On Trade Spirits&Rare.
The resource will support the Category Manager and Horeca Chain Manager in managing daily activities, various projects and data analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities & Activities Activities related to Category Management: Events/tours: support in back office activities and daily contact with agencies (events calendar, agenda management, etc.);Reporting: support in the collection of data and information necessary for the creation of summary reports for monitoring trade marketing initiatives and their impact on sell-in and sell-out;Monitoring activities: Support throughout the whole process in activities such as: POS production and delivery, order control, trade loaders and offers. Securing the success in execution at each end every step;Support in the operational management of budget monitoring through Coupa (PO generation, goods entry, etc.);Support in the realization of Consumer Engagement activities;Support in the realization of presentations and/or material for channel/area meetings Sales Force training projects.Activities related to Horeca Chains Activations: Oversee the ordering and delivery of POS materials and glassware, ensuring effective inventory monitoring;Collaborate with Campari Academy to organize training sessions;Plan and manage consumer engagement initiatives by contacting clients, agencies, category managers and marketing team;Support in the execution of unique activations (such as Terrazza Aperol Duomo and Averna Obicà Palermo) ensuring successful outcomes;Analyze and track KPIs related to agreements;Conduct market data analysis specific to the Horeca Chains channel to identify trends and growth opportunities.The internship will allow to develop the following competencies Knowledge of the main business management systems (e.g. SAP and its declinations);Management of the Purchase Order process;Project management;Data analysis and preparation of structured meetings.Key Relationships Internal: team Marketing, Category managers, Field managers, Sales force as well as key internal functions.External: Creative and event agencies, POS production vendors, Warehouses, clients.Required Skills Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics (and similar);Knowledge of Italian is mandatory;Fluent English;Excellent ability to organize own work according to priorities;High level of multitasking skills and focus on reaching objectives;Strong collaborative attitude and aptitude for teamwork;Proactivity, humble approach and willingness to learn (Curiosity is key!);Good knowledge of the Office package;Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;Excellent interpersonal skills;Passion for the world of spirits and beverage market.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
