We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager to join our Industrial Automation (IA)/ PSS business team in our office in Milan or in a hybrid location.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with specific partners and prospects. Identify new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions.
- Define, in accordance with company policies, the most appropriate and suitable sales actions according to the needs of each customer
- Collaborate to define relevant commercial strategies and contribute to develop the marketing plan based on the annual budget assigned.
- Understanding of the customer's business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
- Manages the day to day and strategic business planning, quarterly results and long-term partner goals.
- Control/building project pipeline and with daily cadence keep it up to date.

**We value**
- At least 3 years of experience selling IT products and services to companies in the VAR industry. Experience in solution sales. Can show a proven track record of successes.
- Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (from technical to decision making levels)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong growth orientation with the ability to generate and drive related initiatives
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
