Avon, a world leader in beauty and cosmetics, is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Transformation Office team and play a crucial role in delivering impactful change management across markets and functions.As a Change Manager at Avon, you will lead transformational initiatives, ensuring that associates and stakeholders at all levels embrace and adopt change.
You'll be responsible for assessing the impact of change, developing robust change management plans, and working closely with Training, Communications, Project Managers, and Digital Product Owners to ensure smooth and successful transitions.This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as a change agent, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering comprehensive toolkits to ensure lasting transformation.Key responsibilities:Assess & Map Change Impacts: Analyse the impact of transformation on markets/functions, business processes, and systems, providing the necessary support for a smooth transition.Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, define engagement strategies, and maintain ongoing buy-in for change initiatives.Communication: Articulate the benefits of change clearly across all organisational levels to secure buy-in.Risk Management: Assess business readiness, anticipate resistance, and develop mitigation plans to manage risks and ensure successful program delivery.Change Management Plan: Create and execute detailed change management plans, leveraging proven methodologies and tools.Training & Toolkits: Develop toolkits and conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions to ensure change is adopted across markets and functions.Continuous Monitoring: Track progress, escalate issues through the governance framework, and provide recommendations for mitigation where necessary.Expert Consultant: Act as a consultant on change management methodologies and tools, driving alignment and lasting impact across the organisation.Collaboration: Partner closely with Training and Communication teams to build comprehensive plans and support transformation efforts.Release Management: Work closely with technical and business teams to coordinate release planning, ensuring change initiatives align with release cycles, and are smoothly integrated into operational processes.Process Management: Develop and maintain process management strategies to ensure that changes are embedded into the organisation's operational practices, including continuous process improvement post-change.What We're Looking ForEducational Background: Degree-level education or equivalent.
Optional Qualification in Change Management - APMG/ AKDAR certification (opportunity to be completed in role).Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in business change management, ideally in an agile environment.Transformation Success: Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering successful transformation programs from start to finish.Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, influencing without direct authority.Agility & Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to new conditions and keeping up with the pace of change.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a compelling way.Collaborative Spirit: Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Travel Availability: Willingness to travel as needed.What we offer:We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with wellness resources and work-life balance support in line with your country practices and Avon purpose aiming to help you live a healthier life, protect you and your dear ones, and ensure you're at your best.At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it's beautiful to be you.
