Company Description We seek a Market Change Management Lead for Italy, Spain and Portugal, to manage a portfolio of Change programs for the markets, coordinating and streamlining program teams' immediate change execution activities.
This role will be 100% dedicated to change efforts related to Enterprise Transformation and will work across functions and initiatives to plan and drive integrated change management, stakeholder alignment, and communications for transformation programs in the market. This individual will leverage change management tools and methodologies developed by the Enterprise Change Team.
Job Description The Change Management Lead will drive integration of change programs in connection with other local priorities/projects and will be fully dedicated to transformation programs.

The role reports to the Segment Change Lead (as part of the Global Transformation Management Office) The role reports to each of the Chief People Officers (CPOs) in Italy, Spain and Portugal (as part of the Market Teams) Primary Responsibilities Manage Market Change Portfolio: Partner with business leaders to understand and support the change needs of the market. Integrate the portfolio of ongoing change programs to drive connected change experiences for stakeholders. Maintain the market's change pipeline, anticipating needs and working with the central Transformation Management Office Change Team to plan for future change needs. Align Leadership: Influence business leaders and program sponsors to role-model/advocate for change. Align leaders on change vision and strategy across the market, ensuring that leaders understand their role in leading through change. Drive Change in the Market with One McDonald's Way: Maintain an understanding of Change and broader McDonald's strategy and priorities. Work with functional market business partners to shape the change scope and timeline and to assess the change impacts. Coordinate change delivery leveraging McDonald's Change framework, methodology, and assets. Support the creation of a market-specific adoption plan. Support and manage the implementation of the transformation in the market, receiving instruction from central enterprise change leadership and reporting on market needs, challenges, and risks, elevating as needed. Coordinate prioritization of change against other ongoing market initiatives with the market PMO representative. Drive consistent change experiences, ensuring that best practices are shared across the enterprise. Plan & Coordinate Market Communications: Aid in the localization and coordination of an end-to-end communications plan that is market-specific and leverage the plans provided by Enterprise Transformation Office that includes audience groups, communication needs, key messages, and current and future communications channels. Advocate for Change and Build Enterprise Change Knowledge: Gain understanding of Change Framework and support upskilling of partners. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs with internal and external partners. Actively identify influential partners and ways to inspire change initiatives on specific projects. Advise and coach functional leaders on key Change Management decisions (e.g., strategy, execution, and measurement) to ensure alignment with McDonald's change methodology. Qualifications Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field. PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent change management certification Desirable: master's degree in business management, human resources, or related field. Skills and Experience: Solid experience in Change Management including working across a segment or markets within McDonald's, or equivalent external experience. Delivery of behavioral change. Use of change management frameworks to deliver change. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Advisory and coaching experience. Excellent influencing skills. Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances. Collaborative and customer-driven approach. Achieving through matrix teams. Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to make the complicated simple. Designing and executing project plans & managing budgets. Managing program and project teams, and/or executing Change or Transformation projects for clients and business customers in relevant industries. Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead people and partner with stakeholders to maintain influence with business leaders and drive alignment to transformation.

Language Skills: You must be proficient in English (spoken and written); additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese are each desirable.
Good to know: A willingness to travel between the markets you cover (Italy, Spain, Portugal) is paramount. The role may also involve limited ad-hoc travel elsewhere in Europe and the USA to work with your global colleagues.
