Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as a IT Project Manager - Change Management Consultant in an international context for a position - FULLREMOTE!

What will you do? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and align on business requirements for new communication tools, structuring project phases and roll-out strategies.Lead the development and execution of a change management strategy to drive the adoption of new communication platforms (Corporate Email, News, and Digital Signage) while transitioning from Workplace by Meta to Microsoft Engage.Design, deliver, and implement global and market-level training programs, including webinars and orientation sessions, customized for different employee groups and roles (e.g., all employees, internal communication teams, executive assistants).Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of change initiatives, making real-time adjustments to improve effectiveness.Work closely with regional coordinators to ensure local adaptation of change campaigns, harmonizing internal communication tools and ensuring consistency across global locations.Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal communication teams and other stakeholders, focusing on aligning organizational goals with adoption strategies.Track and report the progress of change management activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and desired outcomes. What do we request? Proven experience in change management and training in complex global environments, with a focus on technology and communications tools.Seniority: at least 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an international context.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Experience in creating and delivering training programs, as well as tracking and measuring the success of adoption initiatives.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.Previous experience working in international or multicultural teams is highly preferred.
