We're currently looking for an excited and talented Change and Launch Coordinator to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
Planning of projects: Creates the time schedule of new projects implementation regarding to the deadlines from the customer and BCS targets; is an interface between the Project Management, global functions and the manufacturing site for designated new projects; creates internal project team containing members nominated by the respective department managers. Implementation of projects: Coordinates activities within the plant; ensures that all departments are informed and that their tasks are ready on time; resolves in a timely manner all open issues that arise in the designated project; organizes preparations for customers visits during project launch. Tracking the status of projects: Creates reports on the status of projects for the management; anticipates risks caused by late tasks fulfilment and takes measures; assures that deadlines are achieved; adjusts realisation plan as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projects. Change management: Coordinates changes within assigned projects from the plant point of view; creates the time schedule of the realisation of designated changes (designs, new variants, replacement etc.) relating to the deadlines from customers and BCS goals; coordinates the activities related to the management of changes; is responsible for material flow to/from BNT stock; is a key user of RCT ECO (change approval system). Tracking the status of changes: Ensures that the realisation of designated changes runs with the minimum amount of scrap and makes system measures to minimise scrap; ensures reinvoicing of scrap to responsible persons; ensures that set deadlines are met, escalates imminent delays; adjusts the realisation plan to pending needs in order to ensure successful realisation of the change. Organization of samples production: Is responsible for and oversees the organisation of the production of designated samples according to the internal rules and requests; ensures material preparation for samples building; records the produced samples; is responsible for the correctness and timeliness of produced designated samples; when necessary solves the problems in co-ordination of the required inputs from other departments to the samples production and escalates complex problems; organises and takes part in the regular weekly revisions of designated samples with the logistics department.
