We are currently seeking a Chalet Manager/Chef couple for an outstanding luxury Chalet based in Cervinia, Italy.Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 Net, per person, per monthStart date: Mid November.Chalet ManagerThe Role:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the chalet, ensuring smooth functioning.Act as the lead contact for the chalet at all times.Coordinate and manage staff, including chefs, hosts, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.Interact with guests to address any concerns, provide assistance, and ensure their satisfaction.Lead the front of house team.Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.Manage budgets, expenses and cost control, including purchasing supplies and equipment.Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.Foster a positive work environment and provide support and guidance to staff members.Collaborate with owners or management company to ensure the chalet meets expectations and standards.Deal with the Chalet recruitment to build up your team.About You:A good standard of English both verbally and written.Previous experience working in high end Luxury establishments - Chalets or Hotels.Managerial experience is essential.Chalet ChefThe Role:Plan and prepare daily menus for guests staying in the chalet.Source fresh, local ingredients for meals.Cook and present meals to a high standard, considering dietary requirements and preferences.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.Provide exceptional customer service, catering to guests' needs and preferences.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the chalet.About You:A good standard of English both verbally and written.Previous experience as a Chef working in high end Luxury establishments - Chalets or Hotels.Experience working with a number of different cuisines is desirable.Adaptable and organised.Benefits:Live in accommodationFree Ski pass for the seasonFlight costs coveredMeals whilst on shiftPay: €6,000.00 - €7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Valtournenche: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
