Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the full Finance function and coordinate a team of 30 people, with direct responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes; Supervise financial activities across various plants in Northern Italy, with a willingness to travel frequently; Define and implement financial strategies, supporting senior management in achieving business objectives; Optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations; Collaborate with other departments and global management, providing long-term strategic financial insight. Requirements:
International Experience : proven track record in multinational environments and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex settings; English Fluency : fluent in both written and spoken English to effectively interact with international offices; Travel Availability : flexible to travel between plants in Northern Italy; Leadership Skills : demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
