CFO - Northern Italy (Main Office: Turin)Strategic Position Reporting Directly to Group CFO with Board Presence.

This role will support the growth and coordination of financial operations across multiple plants located in Northern Italy. The position offers a strategic opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with the Group CFO and holding a seat on the Board of Directors.
Main Responsibilities: Oversee the full Finance function and coordinate a team of 30 people, with direct responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes;Supervise financial activities across various plants in Northern Italy, with a willingness to travel frequently;Define and implement financial strategies, supporting senior management in achieving business objectives;Optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations;Collaborate with other departments and global management, providing long-term strategic financial insight.Requisiti: International Experience: proven track record in multinational environments and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex settings;English Fluency: fluent in both written and spoken English to effectively interact with international offices;Travel Availability: flexible to travel between plants in Northern Italy;Leadership Skills: demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
