**Position**:
**Duties / responsibilities**
- Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-term goals, and related plans and policies.
- Presents regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the board of directors and to the holding company/group, according to LVMH standards.
- Oversees the organization's financial structure, develops strategic plan with business leaders.
- Coordinate and supervise all administrative, financial, reporting and accounting aspects including tax compliance.
- Leads the actual analysis vs budget and strategic planning, proposing corrective actions.
- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Oversees implementing/managing the appropriate information systems to ensure the correct follow-up of all activities.
- Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
**Main tasks**
- Leads and delivers adequate budgets and analysis according to the company/group standards, following LVMH calendar.
- Ensures the timely and correct processing of reports and budgets, performing variance analysis reports.
- Budgeting, forecasting, business planning and management control.
- Analytical and industrial accounting.
- Manages relationships with lenders and financial institutions (banks, insurance, leasing, etc.
)
- Manages risk assessment and lead internal control standards, leads relations with the college of auditors as well as audit's follow-up.
- Manages any extraordinary finance operations and support management in defining the group business strategy.
- Manages and coordinates the development of the monthly / annual closing, benchmarking vs economic and financial budget.
- Manages and coordinates the review of the quarterly economic and financial balance sheet.
- Coordinates and supervises credit management.
- Defines, directs, and verifies inventory accounting accuracy.
- Leads the process of compiling the statutory accounts and fulfills its tax returns.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.
- Proven experiences as CFO in industrial environments.
- High proficiency in English, French fluency will be a plus.
