Furthermore, they must have several years of experience in the management of accounting/financial/controlling teams and in the creation/management of financial reports in an international context and in the analysis of financial indicators.
It is important that the profile sought has, if necessary, the willingness to become involved, also on an operational level, in the activities of accounting/financial/controlling bodies.
The profile we are looking for does not necessarily require past experience as CFO.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following functions/activities:Supervise the daily activities of the company's administration and finance area, particularly the accounting/finance/controlling services.Design, improve and update the organization, processes and tools of the company's accounting/finance/controlling services and its French subsidiary.Manage all fiscal activities and issues.Ensure that the accounting, financial, control and tax processes of the company and the subsidiary are in accordance with local laws and regulations, in line with local and international best practices.Guarantee punctuality of delivery, quality, accuracy, compliance with standards/specifications/rules, and correctness of documents, data, financial information, reports, tax declarations, and any other document produced by the accounting, control and finance function.Manage the drafting and publication of financial statements and related attachments, analyses, and/or reports and/or financial, accounting, tax declarations and all financial documents required by law or for internal use.Be the privileged point of contact for the management of relationships and activities with the company's internal services, or with bodies or other external interlocutors regarding accounting and/or financial aspects.Check the main economic-financial indicators/operations of the company, risks, and global and sectoral economic trends in which the company operates, proposing and implementing corrective plans if necessary.Ensure the best financial contribution, value creation, organization and context that support the company's activities and business strategy.Be the identified person responsible for the definition, review and application of international and group transfer pricing principles and rules, as well as ensuring their periodic calculation and accuracy.Supervise, in collaboration with the managers, the management of the resources of the accounting/financial/control bodies.Requisiti:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management engineering or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, in international and modernly organized corporate contexts.In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.Consolidated knowledge of tax regulations and tax obligations, VAT, Customs, and experience in dealing with tax and customs administration.Knowledge of organizational models and related business processes as well as management of accounting/financial flows in a complex organization.Experience in structuring, managing and optimizing internal and related activities in the Administration, Finance and Controlling Area.Experience in drafting budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and periodic financial reporting (working capital, cash flow, inventories) internationally or in companies with an international parent company.Significant experience in drafting business or activity profitability analyses and financial and management reporting in an international context.Knowledge of local and international Transfer Pricing principles/regulations and experience of their application in real cases.Experience in preparing monthly trial balance and annual statutory balance sheet.Experience in cash flow management and debt collection.Experience in the organization and deployment of financial controlling activities.Ability to maintain relationships with banks and credit institutions, auditors, consultants, law firms, boards of auditors, administrative offices, representatives of companies of international groups or parent company.Strong analytical ability, sensitivity to detail, and precision of results or work performed.Strong problem-solving ability, accompanied by a practical sense and availability to make practical activities.Smart and proactive approach to work, ethics and credibility, a strong results orientation, excellent communication skills.Significant knowledge of the use of the main ERPs on the market.Excellent knowledge of English.Availability for periodic trips.Altre informazioni:What we offer:The keywords in ACTIA Italia are: trust, flexibility, sense of responsibility and work-life balance.The environment is informal, inclusive, multicultural, open to innovation and reciprocity.Everyone can give their own contribution and be appreciated and recognized for it.All our employees have the opportunity to do smart working (on a weekly basis) but, more importantly, to be "smart employees".Work location: RHO (MI) or TURIN + SW (2d/w)Direct permanent employment and salary enhancement is offered.The search is open to candidates of both sexes, in accordance with Laws L. 903/77 and 128/91.
