Reporting directly to the regional technical director, you will be playing a key role, leading the growing team of experienced simulation consultants responsible for all customer engagements and the technical leadership of the Fluids business within SIMULIA brand in the South East region. The team supports the local Sales organization and is a key link in the value chain, connecting customer needs to our solutions and interfacing with other groups for further reach, i.e. Vibro-Acoustics, Structures, and of course Optimization and Machine Learning. Team Management: Drive technical team performance and development for collective excellence. Project Management: Coordinate technical activities for efficient resource use, meeting business objectives and project deadlines. Technical Management: Lead Fluids-related activities in South East region. Business Development: Support sales and marketing, identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Pre-Sales: Assess business drivers, tailor solutions, and engage with key stakeholders. Technical Account Management: Advise customers for technical growth and devise tailored strategies. R&D Collaboration: Align customer needs with internal product development. Qualifications MSc. or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computational Eng., with Fluids focus Solid knowledge of Fluids fundamentals and numerical methods Min. 8 years of work experience on Fluids, in Industry or Consulting Hands-on experience with industrial simulation techniques for Fluids and multi-physics, ideally with Fluids simulation software such as PowerFLOW In-depth knowledge of industrial design and simulation processes is a plus Ability to develop customer trust through technical excellence & interpersonal skills Very responsive, proactive and problem-solving attitude, analytical and critical mindset Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a high level of commitment Enthusiasm and self-motivation to collaborate within an international team Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level or higher) is necessary, Turkish optional Willingness to travel (approx. 25% of the time) We offer An international and diverse working environment in a dynamic, collaborative team.
